Akanksha Sinha
Senior Consultant, Asia
Akanksha Sinha is a senior consultant at Crowell Global Advisors’ Southeast Asia regional office in Singapore, working primarily on digital transformation and digital health related policy issues, helping key policy stakeholders adopt a proactive approach to leverage the region’s fast-evolving digital landscape.
Akanksha previously served at Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency of India, housed in the Central Government’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In this role, she was co-lead for State government engagements and helped train government officials, draft policies, and execute public-private initiatives with 19 State governments to boost entrepreneurship and innovation across India. She was also the Sector Lead for FinTech and advocated for regulatory harmonization and best practices for startups in the FinTech space.
Akanksha’s substantial government affairs and public policy experience also includes experience working in Singapore, in the southeast Asia regional headquarters of a healthcare multinational company.
Akanksha holds a Masters in International Affairs from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, where she was a Li Ka Shing Foundation Scholar. She completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at the Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
